    Abstract

    This document will help you manage your user’s email accounts along with setting up Microsoft Outlook with those email accounts.

  1. Click the following link: http://www.wowx.com:8383
  2. Login with your provided email address and password.
  3. Once logged in go to the drop down menu that says Options and Styles… and then click on User Administration

  4. In the window that comes up click on add.

  5. Enter in the information for the user that you wish to add and then click save.

  6. User has been created, now to set up the account with Microsoft Outlook follow these instructions.
  7. Open up Microsoft Outlook, click on the Tools menu bar at the top of the screen and select E-mail Accounts…

  8. When the window comes up, select Add a new e-mail account and click next.

  9. Select POP3 and then click next.

  10. Enter all fields as appropriate for the user that you just created. Use the format that is shown below. When done entering in information click on Test Account Settings…

  11. Make sure that all the Tasks have a check mark next to them. If the test was not successful then click Close and check your information and try again. If the test was successful, then click Close.

  12. You’re done with setting up Microsoft Outlook with the new email address. You can repeat this process for every new email address that you wish to set up.
