Abstract
This document will help you manage your user’s email accounts along with setting up Microsoft Outlook with those email accounts.

- Login with your provided email address and password.
- Once logged in go to the drop down menu that says Options and Styles… and then click on User Administration
- In the window that comes up click on add.
- Enter in the information for the user that you wish to add and then click save.
- User has been created, now to set up the account with Microsoft Outlook follow these instructions.
- Open up Microsoft Outlook, click on the Tools menu bar at the top of the screen and select E-mail Accounts…
- When the window comes up, select Add a new e-mail account and click next.
- Select POP3 and then click next.
- Enter all fields as appropriate for the user that you just created. Use the format that is shown below. When done entering in information click on Test Account Settings…
- Make sure that all the Tasks have a check mark next to them. If the test was not successful then click Close and check your information and try again. If the test was successful, then click Close.
- You’re done with setting up Microsoft Outlook with the new email address. You can repeat this process for every new email address that you wish to set up.
